Delivered to your property with a concrete foundation, complete with integrated connection points for internal communications, MUHU is designed for convenience. The 200mm stone wool insulation in the walls and 300mm in the roof ensures a cozy atmosphere year-round.

The base package includes exterior and interior finishes, a concrete foundation, plumbing fixtures, metal roofing, snow guards, triple-pane plastic windows, wooden doors, plumbing, and more. 

Optional features such as the round skylight, birch plywood finishes, and furniture are available and can really elevate your property value and aesthetics. 

MUHU has been designed specifically to fit smaller ferries travelling to the largest  Islands of Estonia (Saaremaa, Hiiumaa and of course - Muhu) and is therefore a perfect option for more difficult to reach locations.
